Thanks for your interest in Tradeshow Blues! We welcome your news… all kinds. We especially like stuff that’s different, off-beat, out of the ordinary, meaningful, inspirational, good, bad and ugly. But don’t worry, you can send us the basic news release, announcement or blurb… and we promise to make something interesting out of it in both words and pictures. That’s what we do (and what we’ve always done).
Here’s what we need (and want):
Words
Send your news either pasted into an email or in an attached Word document… or both. Make sure we have contact info and relevant links. That’s it. If we need something else, we’ll contact you.
Pictures
We’re sorry, but unless you have good images for your news, we can’t run it in Tradeshow Blues. We create high quality composite images for each story based on what you provide us. It’s what we do. And to create visual experience, we need high resolution images at a minimum of 800-1000 pixels in width. Bigger is fine. If there are multiple images, we’ll try to compose with more than one if possible and relevant.

If you are unable to send images with your news, please provide a link where we can access them easily. We’ll take it from there.
News Categories
Our basic news categories are carryovers from the early days of Tradeshow Blues and include:
- Spill the Beans (people news)
- The Shorts (company news)
- The Associated (association news)
- Going Greenish (just like it sounds)
Over the years there were about twenty or more sections and categories which we’re looking at to decide if we’ll bring them back. We will in any case be adding additional content elements and you are welcome to offer suggestions.
